Recruited by the Board of Directors of the Parent Corporation, National RV Holdings, to turn around Country Coach, a manufacturer of Complex Recreational Vehicles ranging in price from $300k to $1.8 mill.

The Company had lost over $7M in 2002. By 2005 we grew the Company from 180 employees to over 1,750 employees while earning an average of over $10M in operating profit each year through 2008.

Managed the M&A activity wherein Country Coach was sold to a private equity group in Feb. 2007 in order to raise operating capital for the survival of the parent Company NVH. With the general Economic and RV Industry collapse in 2008 due to lack of retail and wholesale consumer credit, Country Coach closed in 2010.
